Customers should note that we have been recently been informed by the offices of Business Innovation and Skils (BIS) that unless an order for military vehicles and equipment destined for an Embargo'd country are for use in conjunction with a recognised humanitarian aid program or for use by the U.N. that applicants will be refused an export licence.
Once an application has been refused, we will not entertain any suggestion of shipping the goods to another country if it is known or suspected that the goods will then be internally relocated to the original embargo'd country by the end user.
